It converts electrical communication signals into optical signals to break the transmission distance limitation of ordinary network cables, with maximum transmission distance up to 20 kilometers. It provides hardwired relay terminals to feed back the overall operating state of the rack to external DCS and interlock systems, finishing wiring access for parameter configuration download, real-time data upload and transient waveform collection. It only processes data transmission and will not affect the independent hardwired trip protection logic of each monitoring channel.
