• Function: It is the core signal acquisition unit of Harmony rack I/O station. It receives field analog signals from temperature, pressure, flow and liquid level transmitters, converts analog quantities into high-precision digital signals through independent 24-bit A/D conversion per channel, and uploads data to the main controller via I/O Expander Bus. The module integrates on-chip microcontroller to complete cold junction compensation, wire resistance correction, overrange/underrange/open circuit fault diagnosis and engineering unit conversion, reducing main controller computing load. It needs to be matched with supporting terminal base for field wiring access.
