3500‑20 is Rack Interface Module (RIM) for Bently Nevada 3500 machinery protection rack. It serves as main communication and configuration gateway for the whole rack, executes rack‑level self‑diagnosis, data gathering and external serial communication. Must be installed in slot 1 adjacent to power supply, one module per rack. Widely used as maintenance spare part for gas turbine, steam turbine and compressor rotating‑machinery protection systems
