Product Overview

MPC4 (200‑510‑078‑115) is core machinery protection card of Vibro‑Meter VM600 machinery protection system under Meggitt. It is equipped with four fully‑programmable dynamic signal channels and two tachometer input channels, accepts acceleration, velocity and proximity displacement sensor signals, realizes real‑time measurement of shaft vibration, thrust position, casing expansion, eccentricity and dynamic pressure. It adopts high‑speed DSP digital signal processing, supports digital filtering, integration, differentiation and order‑tracking function. It provides programmable alert and danger alarm thresholds with delay and hysteresis setting, outputs alarm signals to rear IOC4T card. It complies with API 670 and SIL2 safety standard.
