GE IS220PTURH1A is a dedicated Primary Turbine Trip (PTUR) I/O pack for GE Speedtronic Mark VIe turbine control system. It is responsible for collecting speed pickup signals, emergency trip permissive and shutdown signals, executing overspeed protection and turbine emergency trip logic. It communicates with the main controller through redundant IONet Ethernet, works with matched terminal board IS200TRPAH1A. It features independent protection processor and watchdog circuit, provides fast response trip function, serves as the core safety spare part for gas turbine and steam turbine protection cabinets.
