It acts as the core communication hub for the entire rack, managing system configuration, collecting real-time static vibration/thrust/temperature values and synchronous dynamic waveform data from all M-series monitor cards, and transmits timestamped data via Ethernet to System 1 diagnostic software for spectrum, orbit and transient startup/coastdown analysis. It does not interfere with critical safety protection logic of monitoring modules.
