Besides basic rack configuration and TDXnet transient data transmission, it undertakes triple-channel monitoring signal comparison voting logic signal output for TMR safety architecture, connecting Tricon/ Honeywell DCS control systems via Hiway protocol, and uniformly uploads all rack measurement data, fault logs and voting results to upper control platform.

Crucially, the RIM module does not participate in the hardwired trip interlock of vibration/overspeed protection channels; even if communication fails, each monitor module still executes local alarm and trip protection independently to guarantee unit safety
