ProSoft PLX31-EIP-SIE belongs to the PLX30 series industrial communication gateway. It serves as a protocol converter bridging EtherNet/IP network and Siemens S7 industrial Ethernet, realizing seamless real-time data communication between Rockwell ControlLogix / CompactLogix and Siemens S7‑1200, S7‑300, S7‑400 controllers. It adopts single Ethernet port design, supports EtherNet/IP Class 1 I/O connection and Class 3 message communication, together with Siemens S7 client/server driver. With embedded EDS add-on profile, it can be directly imported into RSLogix 5000 for quick configuration, which greatly cuts down engineering debugging time.
