Product Overview

K-Tron KCM-2 is a compact integrated control and drive module belonging to the K-Tron SmartConnex feeding control platform. It is specially designed for loss-in-weight (LIW) gravimetric feeders. It receives weight signal from load cells and speed feedback, calculates actual material throughput, and adjusts feeder motor speed to maintain stable set feed rate. It integrates control circuit and power drive in one unit, normally mounted directly on the feeder. It supports standalone operation or networking with KSU-II operator panel and upper DCS/PLC, widely used as maintenance spare part for powder and pellet batching lines.
